Scovolini) are professional accessories for thoroughly cleaning holes before applying chemical anchors, designed for installers, fitters and building contractors who require precision and reliability in preparing substrates. Effective removal of dust and debris ensures optimal resin adhesion, which is essential for the structural hold of the anchor.

These are guns, nozzles, static mixers, extensions and hole-cleaning brushes for correctly dispensing adhesives, sealants, foams and chemical anchors.

What it is for

Used for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Choose the gun suited to the format (cartridge, foil pack, foam can or dual cartridge for chemical anchors) and fit the nozzle or mixer, cutting it to the bead size. Dispense with steady pressure; with chemical anchors, discard the first extrusions until the colour is uniform, and clean the hole first with a brush and blow-out pump. After use, release the pressure and clean the gun.

Where it is used

Industrial construction

Residential construction

Renovation

Technical data

Material: metal

Type: Cleaning brushes for holes

Versions: manual or with connector for electric screwdriver

Who it is for

Designed for formwork carpenters, metal fabricators, plumbers and bricklayers.

Related products

Manual blower pump for cleaning chemical anchor holes Bossong

Polyurethane foam gun BOSS 750 Bossong

Neutral-cure silicone for building and sheet metal work Sbm Fischer — from the category Professional Acrylic, PU, MS Polymer and Bituminous Sealants

Hybrid Chemical Anchor BCR HYBRID 165, Bossong — from the category Chemical Anchors

Polyurethane foam BCF 750 TC B3 AUT Bossong — from the category Polyurethane (PU) Foams for Filling and Sealing

Browse the whole category: Adhesive and Sealant Application Systems

Before you order

Tell us the quantities you need and the intended use: if there is a more suitable version, or an equivalent available sooner, we will let you know.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.
