The working length of 230 mm and the overall length of 48 cm allow deep drilling, while the weight of 0.659 kg testifies to a robust construction designed for high-capacity anchors. The round connection shank ensures compatibility with standard chucks.

A masonry bit is a carbide-tipped bit for drilling concrete, brick and stone with a hammer drill or rotary hammer.

What it is for

Used for drilling reinforced concrete, in hammer or rotary hammer mode and for drilling solid and hollow masonry, clay brick and blocks.

How to use it

Choose the machine's shank type (straight, SDS-Plus or SDS-Max) and the diameter required by the wall plug. Start the hole at low speed, then engage hammer action, holding the bit square to the surface and without forcing, withdrawing it frequently to clear the dust. Clean the dust out of the hole before inserting the plug.

Where it is used

Residential construction

Building services

Renovation

Technical data

Diameter (mm): 20

Width (cm): 4,7

Height (cm): 1,8

Working length (mm): 230

Weight (kg): 0,659

Masonry drilling type: Hammer action

Application material: Concrete

Shank connection: Round

Length (cm): 48

Pack: PE bag

Who it is for

Designed for electricians, plumbers, bricklayers and heating and plumbing engineers.

Related products

Masonry drill bit DeWalt DT6732-QZ

Masonry drill bit DeWalt DT6718-QZ

Compact cordless drill driver 18V XR brushless DeWalt DCD794P2T-QW — from the category Hammer Drills, Drill Drivers and Rotary Hammers

Self-tapping Anchor Snake-Pro M8 x 31, DeWalt DFM2310050 — from the category Heavy-Duty Anchors

Brushless rotary hammer SDS-Plus XR FlexVolt 54V (without batteries), in Tstak case, DCH323NT-XJ DeWalt — from the category Rotary Hammers

Browse the whole category: Drill Bits for Granite, Masonry and Concrete

Before you order

In your request, please state the length, the diameter, the connection type and the quantities required, so we can give you the right quotation first time.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.
