With a working length of 584 mm and an overall length of 58.7 cm, it offers considerable reach, while its weight of 4.18 kg makes it suitable for the most powerful breakers on heavy-duty jobs. The spade shape is designed for digging and moving material in cementitious substrates.

A demolition chisel is a steel tool with an SDS-Plus, SDS-Max or hex shank that, fitted to a hammer, breaks up concrete, masonry and tiles.

What it is for

Used for demolishing masonry and concrete structures, for light demolition, chasing and localised removal and for chiselling concrete, masonry and plaster.

How to use it

Choose the shape: pointed for breaking, flat or spade for scaling and removing tiles, channel for chasing. Grease the shank, insert it into the chuck of the hammer set to chiselling only and work letting the machine's weight do the job, without using the chisel as a lever. Wear safety glasses, gloves and ear defenders, and have the chisel resharpened or replace it when the cutting edge is worn.

Where it is used

Demolition

Renovation

Technical data

Width (cm): 14,2

Height (cm): 2,8

Weight (kg): 4,18

Chisel length (mm): 584

Application material: Concrete

Shank connection: Hexagonal

Pack: Label

Who it is for

Designed for demolition operatives, bricklayers and construction workers.

Related products

Asphalt chisel, 28 mm, DeWalt DT6934-QZ

Spade chisel, 28 mm, DeWalt DT6932-QZ

Cordless demolition hammer SDS-Max 54V XR FlexVolt, impact energy 19.4J DeWalt — from the category Demolition Hammers

Cordless rotary hammer SDS-Plus XR lithium 18V 5.0Ah brushless DeWalt DCH283P2-QW — from the category Rotary Hammers

Face shield Safe Mesh, nylon, Irudek — from the category Safety Glasses, Goggles and Face Shields

Browse the whole category: Demolition Chisels

Before you order

In your request, please state the length, the connection type and the quantities required, so we can give you the right quotation first time.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.
