The Ø 115 mm diameter and grit 60 offer a good balance between removal capacity and surface quality. The 0.8 mm thickness ensures it holds up during work and the hook-and-loop attachment allows quick disc changes on compatible backing pads. The product complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, is CE marked and is of certified Italian production.

A grinding disc is an abrasive disc that removes burrs, weld beads, rust and paint from metal and prepares or finishes its surface.

What it is for

Used for grinding parts and sharpening tools, for deburring metal after cutting and drilling and for grinding and cleaning up weld seams and burrs.

How to use it

Fit it on the angle grinder or suitable backing pad, checking that its diameter, bore and maximum speed are compatible with the machine, and with the guard in place. Work with the disc tilted a few degrees to the workpiece, moving it back and forth without forcing.
