The extra-fine grit is suited to high-quality finishing and to sanding between coats of paint, while the holes aid dust extraction on orbital sanders with extraction. The hook-and-loop fastening allows immediate replacement.

Sandpaper is an abrasive in sheet or disc form, often hook-and-loop backed, for fitting to sanders or backing pads to sand wood, metal, paint and filler.

What it is for

Used for sanding surfaces before painting, for sanding surfaces, as preparation or as a finish and for sanding wood before varnishing or finishing.

How to use it

Choose the same shape and hole pattern as the backing pad, so that the holes line up for dust extraction. Start with a coarse grit (low number) and move to finer grits up to the finish without skipping too many steps. Sand with light pressure, keeping the machine moving, and change the sheet when it is clogged or worn smooth.

Where it is used

Vehicle body repair

Mechanical engineering industry

Renovation

Technical data

Diameter (mm): 150

Grit: 600

Holes: 6

Who it is for

Designed for vehicle body repairers, joiners, painters and decorators and furniture makers.

Related products

Gold hook-and-loop disc Fervi VDG150/600F8

Gold hook-and-loop disc Fervi VDG150/600

Pneumatic Random Orbital Sander, 150mm, with Dust Extraction, Fervi 0419 — from the category Random Orbital Sanders

Support backing pads for fibre discs Fervi PFS180 — from the category Backing Pads for Random Orbital and Orbital Sanders

Screw-thread filter for TR 82 mask Spasciani 200 A2 Neri 151247 — from the category Dust and Gas Respirators

Browse the whole category: Sandpaper Sheets

Before you order

In your request, please state the diameter and the quantities required, so we can give you the right quotation first time.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0926/9864/0716/files/VDGx_24e29ae5-1dc6-4000-9646-02eb64fc5918.jpg?v=1780503402
