The ultra-fine grit is ideal for top-quality finishes and for refining paints and undercoats, while the eight holes optimise dust extraction on random orbital sanders fitted with extraction. The hook-and-loop fastening makes changing the disc quick and practical.

Sandpaper is an abrasive in sheet or disc form, often hook-and-loop backed, for fitting to sanders or backing pads to sand wood, metal, paint and filler.

What it is for

Used for sanding surfaces before painting, for sanding surfaces, as preparation or as a finish and for sanding wood before varnishing or finishing.

How to use it

Choose the same shape and hole pattern as the backing pad, so that the holes line up for dust extraction. Start with a coarse grit (low number) and move to finer grits up to the finish without skipping too many steps. Sand with light pressure, keeping the machine moving, and change the sheet when it is clogged or worn smooth.

Where it is used

Vehicle body repair

Mechanical engineering industry

Renovation

Technical data

Diameter (mm): 150

Grit: 800

Holes: 8

Who it is for

Designed for vehicle body repairers, joiners, painters and decorators and furniture makers.

Related products

Gold hook-and-loop disc Fervi VDG150/800F6

Gold hook-and-loop disc Fervi VDG150/800

Polisher 1300W 150MM Fervi FFOP16003V-K — from the category Random Orbital Sanders

Backing pads with foam Fervi PME125/18M14 — from the category Backing Pads for Random Orbital and Orbital Sanders

FFP3 mask Dolomite with valve (Pk10) Portwest P303 — from the category Dust and Gas Respirators

Browse the whole category: Sandpaper Sheets

Before you order

In your request, please state the diameter and the quantities required, so we can give you the right quotation first time.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0926/9864/0716/files/VDGx_e36db345-84b6-485c-b27c-cfecc6619835.jpg?v=1780503406
