It has a screw length ls of 65 mm, allows a maximum fixture thickness t fix of 3 mm, requires a 10 mm hole in the object to be fixed and is driven with a TX30 tool drive. It is supplied in a pack of 50 pieces.

Plasterboard and insulation fixings are fixings that open out behind the board or hold insulation panels in place, for fixing to hollow walls and ETICS insulation systems.

What it is for

Used for general-purpose fixing into masonry, concrete and timber and for mechanical fixing of structures and components to walls, ceilings and floors.

How to use it

Drill the board with a suitable bit or screw the self-drilling plug in directly, without hammer action. Insert the fixing and tighten it until it opens out behind the board, without overtightening so as not to break through the plasterboard. For insulation, drill through to the load-bearing substrate and insert the fixing flush with the panel, using the specified setting tool.

Where it is used

Residential construction

Renovation

Technical data

Screw length LS (mm): 65

Maximum fixable thickness T fix (mm): 3

Hole diameter in the object to be fixed (mm): 10

Tool connection: TX30

Pieces per pack: 50

Who it is for

Designed for insulation installers, electricians, plumbers and building maintenance operatives.

Related products

Masonry plug TherMax II Fischer

Insulation plug FID II Plus

Drywall trim router bit, Ø3.2mm (1/8"), for wood, DeWalt — from the category Multi-Material Drill Bits

Cordless multi-head drill 18V DeWalt — from the category Drill Drivers

Plasterboard hand saw with piercing point and sheath 3607 Pavan — from the category Other Drywall Tools

Browse the whole category: Plasterboard and Insulation Fixings

Before you order

In your request, please state the length, the diameter, the connection type and the quantities required, so we can give you the right quotation first time.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0926/9864/0716/files/W1_P_G_FID-Z-CGI_F_SALL_AQQ_V1_cbca8485-ae3b-4604-b826-385ff26827ea.jpg?v=1781605551
