Key specifications: model Kimitech F3, line Kimitech, made in Italy 100% Italian production.

Chemical anchor is a two-component resin in a cartridge that, injected into the drilled hole, bonds threaded rods and internally threaded sockets to the substrate; the category includes mesh sleeves and injection accessories.

What it is for

Used for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Drill the substrate to the specified diameter and depth, clean the hole with a brush and blow-out pump, repeating several times, and insert a mesh sleeve in hollow brick. Discard the first resin until the colour is uniform, inject from the bottom of the hole and insert the rod with a twisting motion. Apply load only after the curing time stated for the substrate temperature.

Where it is used

Industrial construction

Conservation and restoration

Renovation

Technical data

Model: Kimitech F3

Line: Kimitech

Made in Italy: 100% Italian production

Who it is for

Designed for formwork carpenters, bricklayers and restorers.

Related products

Two-part vinyl ester resin in cartridges Kimitech Vinyl CTR Kimia

Two-part epoxy resin in cartridges for anchoring Kimitech EPOXY CTR Kimia

Threaded rod in A4 stainless steel with setting tool for chemical anchor SPIT 22386 — from the category Threaded Rods

Electric injection gun 380 ml SPIT — from the category Adhesive and Sealant Application Systems

Set of 4 pieces, SDS-Plus Extreme drill bits, 5, 6, 8, 10 mm, DeWalt DT9700-QZ — from the category Drill Bits for Granite, Masonry and Concrete

Browse the whole category: Chemical Anchors

Before you order

Tell us the quantities you need and the intended use: if there is a more suitable version, or an equivalent available sooner, we will let you know.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.
