## Description

### What it is

Temperature detector Speedy. Key specifications: type wall-mounted, forehead or wrist measurement, accuracy (°C) 0,2, display visibility (m) 5.

Thermometers and weather stations are analogue or digital instruments that measure the temperature of the air or of a surface; thermo-hygrometers and stations also measure humidity and other environmental data.

### What it is for

Used for measuring on site and in the workshop and for workplace safety, as equipment required by the safety plan.

### How to use it

Place the instrument at the point to be checked, away from direct sunlight, heat sources and draughts that would distort the reading. In refrigerators, put it in the middle of the shelf and read it after a few minutes. Infrared models are aimed at the surface to be measured, without touching it and from a short distance, and measure surface temperature only. On digital models, replace the batteries when the display becomes dim.

### Where it is used

- Workplace safety and PPE

### Who it is for

Designed for health and safety officers.
