Industrial Compressors – 100 to 270 Litres

This collection includes industrial compressors with a 100 to 270 litre tank, for continuous professional use in workshops, metalwork shops and on building sites. They are mostly belt-driven piston compressors, single- and two-stage, from brands such as Abac, Fini Compressori and Wortex.

Types in the collection

• Belt-driven piston compressors, with an electric motor and horizontal tank.
• Two-stage compressors, for higher pressures and intensive use.
• Petrol engine-driven compressors, for working where there is no mains power.
• Silenced versions with a soundproof cabinet, also available with a dryer.

How to choose

Tank capacity alone is not enough: what matters is the delivered air flow, which must cover the consumption of the tools used at the same time, and the maximum pressure required. Then consider the motor power, the available power supply (single-phase or three-phase), the noise level and whether the machine has to be moved or stay in a fixed position. For very long daily use, belt-driven versions are preferable.
