Shipping policy

A.M.E.S. S.r.l. does not operate automated shipping from an online checkout: delivery terms — timescales, costs and method (courier, collection from our premises, direct delivery to site) — are agreed on a case-by-case basis as part of each quotation, depending on destination, volume and urgency.

1. Areas served

We deliver throughout Italy and, on request, to European Union countries. For destinations outside the EU, please contact us to check availability and terms.

2. Indicative lead times

Once the order has been confirmed following the quotation, estimated delivery times are provided together with the offer and may vary depending on stock availability, destination and the courier used. The times indicated are not binding; any delays due to external factors (logistics, public holidays, force majeure) are not the responsibility of A.M.E.S. S.r.l.

3. Collection from our premises

Goods can be collected directly from our premises at Via Persicetana 16/2, Calderara di Reno (BO), subject to prior agreement on timing.
