The site is intended for browsing the product catalogue and requesting quotes. There is no provision for direct purchase, a shopping cart or online payment through the site. Any quote request submitted through the site does not constitute a commitment to purchase, either for the customer or for A.M.E.S. S.r.l., until the order is explicitly confirmed by email or another direct channel.

2. Accounts and the B2B area

Registration as a B2B customer requires truthful company details. A.M.E.S. S.r.l. reserves the right to verify the information provided and to refuse or suspend an account in the event of incorrect data or misuse of the service.

3. Intellectual property

Content, images, trademarks and logos on the site are the property of A.M.E.S. S.r.l. or of the respective manufacturers/distributors and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

4. Limitations of liability
