FRL Air Treatment Units

An FRL unit, that is Filter, Regulator and Lubricator, is fitted upstream of pneumatic tools and systems to clean the compressed air, bring it to the correct pressure and, where needed, lubricate it. In this collection you will find the individual components and complete units.

What you will find

• Compressed air filters, including high-pressure types, from brands such as Abac.
• Pressure regulators and reducers, with or without gauge, from Breaker, Fervi and A.M.E.S.
• Combined units: reducer with gauge and condensate separator, or with separator and lubricator.

How to choose

Check the threaded connection, the air flow rate required by your tools and the maximum pressure of the system. For painting you need well-filtered, oil-free air; for air tools such as nut runners and hammers, a lubricator extends their life. The filter and the condensate drain must be checked regularly.
