Lifting or Towing Hooks

Lifting or towing hooks are the components that connect the load to the lifting equipment or to the sling rope, chain or webbing. How to choose

The main parameter is the working load limit, marked on the hook, which must exceed the load to be lifted by the required safety factor. Then check that the hook has a safety catch, that the type of attachment is compatible with the equipment, and that it comes with the manufacturer's marking and documentation.
