Box Section Spirit Levels

Box-section spirit levels have a tubular profile body, usually in aluminium, with vials for checking the horizontality and verticality of walls, windows and doors, floors and supporting surfaces. They are the reference tool for bricklayers, floor layers, window fitters and carpenters.

Types in the collection

How to choose

The length depends on the job: short levels are handy for windows and doors and for services, long ones for walls, screeds and alignments over greater distances. Check for a magnet, the legibility of the vials and the rubber protectors at the ends, which absorb impacts.

For everyday use it is a good idea to check the calibration from time to time by placing the level on a flat surface and then turning it through 180 degrees: the bubble must stay in the same position.
