Disposable Coveralls, Gowns and Aprons

Disposable coveralls, gowns and aprons are lightweight protective garments that are thrown away at the end of the job. They are for people working amid dust, paints, splashes and chemicals, or in environments where dirt must not be carried from one area to another. In this collection you will find hooded coveralls, chemical protective coveralls, gowns, shoe covers and overshoes from the Neri and Portwest brands.

Types in the collection

• Disposable hooded coveralls, in polypropylene, for dust and for cleaning or painting work.
• Chemical protective coveralls, including the Prokem models and the BizTex Type 4/5/6 and 5/6 coveralls.
• Disposable gowns and visitor coats, for visitors and inspections.
• Shoe covers and overshoes, to avoid carrying dirt into clean areas.
• Disposable aprons, to protect clothing from liquids and dirt.

How to choose

First identify the hazard: plain dust, splashes or chemicals. For chemical hazards, check the declared type of protection on the product data sheet (for example Type 4, 5 or 6) and make sure it is suitable for the substance. Then choose the right size, because a coverall that is too tight will tear, and consider the hood, cuffs and fastening. These garments are single-use: replace them if they get damaged.
