Access Panels and Meter Cabinets

Inspection hatches give access to valves, meters, services and technical spaces hidden behind walls and suspended ceilings. Meter cabinets, on the other hand, house meters outside or in a recess, with a lockable door. They make installations accessible for inspection without leaving visible openings and without having to demolish the wall.

Types in this collection

• Plastic inspection hatches, with an ABS frame, to be fitted flush with the wall.
• Plasterboard hatches (Ferboard series), designed to be built into plasterboard walls.
• Hatches with Ferox frame and other Unifix inspection hatches.

How to choose

Start from the size of the opening to be closed and the type of wall: masonry, plasterboard or recess. Then consider the material, plastic or steel, according to the installation environment, and whether you need a flush-mounted cabinet or one applied to the outside.
