A fall arrest harness is personal protective equipment with leg loops, shoulder straps and attachment points that holds the body in the event of a fall when working at height.

What it is for

How to use it

Put it on by stepping into the leg loops and pulling on the shoulder straps, fasten the buckles and adjust it so that it fits snugly without constricting, with the dorsal attachment point level with the shoulder blades. Always connect to the designated attachment point, with a lanyard and energy absorber or a self-retracting device, to a suitable anchor.
