Diamond chain Force4 Proforce-34 Breaker

What it is

Breaker Force4 Proforce-34 diamond chain (code 531749), the Universal-Concrete version of the series, for concrete chain saws. In the Breaker catalogue it is the chain for the 50 cm bar versions of the 701A pneumatic saw and the 890 F4 hydraulic saw. For reinforced concrete and hard materials Breaker offers the Premium L, with longer life, and S, which are faster; for brick, the Abrasive. It fits existing bars and sprockets without modification.

The diamond chain is a chain with diamond segments that fits on a chain saw to cut concrete, masonry, stone and bricks.

What it is for

Used for controlled demolition, where clean cuts and low vibration are required, for cutting concrete and reinforced concrete and for cutting building materials, from clay brick to concrete.

How to use it

Choose the chain suited to the material and the bar and fit it observing the direction of travel and the tension specified by the manufacturer. Work with cooling water and advance without forcing, letting the diamond do the work. Recheck the tension after the first cuts and replace the chain when the segments are worn.
