What it is
The Fervi ST2A19.75 taper-shank twist drill bit is a cutting tool designed for drilling metals with precision on Morse taper machines. The diameter of Ø 19.75 mm and the 118° point angle define a balanced cutting geometry, suited to different types of metal. The hardness of between 700 and 740 HV ensures edge retention during use, while compliance with DIN 345 guarantees standard dimensions and full integration with professional equipment.

What it is for
Used for drilling steel, stainless steel and aluminium, on a pillar drill or with a hand-held drill and in workshop machining of steel, aluminium and alloy parts.
How to use it
Clamp the workpiece in a vice, mark the centre and set the speed for the diameter and material: low for hard steels and large diameters, higher for aluminium and plastic. Lubricate with cutting oil on steel; on plastic, reduce the pressure as the bit breaks through to avoid chipping. Insert taper-shank drills into the pillar drill's spindle taper and remove them with a drift.
