What it is
Fervi RFP165/50VF abrasive cloth wheels with bore are fabric-based abrasive accessories measuring Ø 165 x 50 mm, dedicated to the finest finishes and gentle satin-finishing of metal surfaces. The abrasive cloth provides a soft, flexible action, ideal for evening out the surface in the final stages of the finishing cycle. The product is certified Italian-made and complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, with CE marking.
Bore-type abrasive cloth or felt wheels are thick discs with a central bore, fitted on the spindle of a bench grinder or a satin-finishing machine for satin finishing, deburring and polishing metals.
What it is for
Used for finishing surfaces and for deburring parts after machining.
How to use it
Fit them on the spindle with the flanges and check that the maximum speed marked on the wheel is equal to or greater than that of the machine. Run idle for a few seconds before working and work with light, constant pressure. Wear safety glasses or a face shield and gloves.
