Hole saw Fervi F015/038

What it is

The Fervi F015/038 hole saw is a cutting tool designed to make clean, repeatable round holes thanks to its diameter of Ø 38 mm. Designed for professional use, it combines a precise tooth geometry with the robustness typical of Fervi accessories, ensuring clean cuts even in series work. The product is made with certified Italian manufacture and complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC with CE marking, evidence of the attention paid to safety and quality standards.

Hole saws and annular cutters are cylindrical cutting tools, toothed or carbide-tipped, for large holes with a drill or, with a Weldon shank, a magnetic drill.

What it is for

Used for drilling steel, stainless steel and aluminium, on a pillar drill or with a hand-held drill, in metalworking and for running services through walls, floors and suspended ceilings.

How to use it

Fit the tool to the arbor or directly in the Weldon chuck, with a pilot drill or ejector pin. Secure the workpiece or the drill base firmly, set a speed suited to the diameter and material, and drill with a steady feed, lubricating on metal. When the hole is complete, eject the slug and check the sharpness of the cutting edges.
