Set of shallow multi-profile sockets Fervi 0589

What it is

The Fervi 0589 series is an assortment of low-profile multi-profile sockets in sizes 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 mm, completed by a reversible ratchet, a 50 mm extension, a 1/4'' adapter, a bit adapter and a set of Phillips 1-2-3 bits in S2 and Torx bits from T10 to T40 in S2. The gross weight is 0.65 kg.

What it is for

How to use it

Choose a socket of the exact nut size and fit it onto a ratchet with the same drive (1/4", 3/8" or 1/2"), setting the direction of rotation with the selector. Pull the ratchet towards you, keeping the socket fully seated, using extensions and universal joints for awkward spots. For specified tightening torques, finish with a torque wrench, and use only impact sockets on impact wrenches.
