What it is

The Fervi S018 riveter set with rivets is a complete kit for rivet fastening, suitable for both traditional and threaded riveting. The kit includes an assortment of blind rivets in sizes 50 x Ø 2.4 mm, 50 x Ø 3.2 mm, 50 x Ø 4 mm and 50 x Ø 4.8 mm, plus threaded rivets in sizes 50 x M3, 50 x M4, 25 x M5, 25 x M6 and 20 x M8. Everything is organised in a case measuring 330 x 170 x 150 mm, with packaging of 330x185x155 h mm and a gross weight of 2.68 kg, so the assortment is always ready to use.

A riveter is a manual or cordless tool that sets blind rivets or rivet nuts to join sheet metal and sections working from one side only.

What it is for

Used for assembling steel structures and for mechanical fixing of structures and components to walls, ceilings and floors.

How to use it

Drill the workpiece to the rivet diameter, fit the nosepiece of the right size and insert the rivet mandrel into the riveter. Push the rivet into the hole, hold the tool square and pressed against the workpiece, and operate it until the mandrel snaps. For rivet nuts, screw the mandrel into the nut, set it and then unscrew.
