Nylon fixing for windows and doors F-S-Z Fischer

What it is

The F-S-Z Fischer nylon fixing for window and door frames is a plug designed for the quick, secure mounting of frames, subframes and window and door units on solid and hollow masonry. Made of nylon, it combines lightness and elasticity with a fixing length of 100 mm and a hole diameter d0 of 8 mm, for an effective anchoring of 40 mm in the substrate. It allows through-fixing of elements up to a maximum thickness (t fix) of 50 mm and is supplied in a pack of 50 pcs.

Heavy-duty fixings are steel or reinforced nylon anchors that carry high loads in concrete and solid masonry.

What it is for

Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls, for mechanical fixing of structures and components to walls, ceilings and floors and for assembly work.

How to use it

Drill with a bit of the specified diameter to the required depth, then clean the hole with a brush and blow-out pump. Insert the anchor through the part to be fixed, hammering it in if necessary, and tighten the nut with a torque wrench to the torque specified by the manufacturer. Observe the minimum edge distances and spacings stated in the technical data sheet.
