Chain X-Cut™ S85 Husqvarna

What it is

Chain X-Cut™ S85 Husqvarna. Key specifications: type chain for chainsaw, pitch 3/8", channel (mm) 1,5.

Chainsaw accessories are spare parts and add-ons for chainsaws, electric saws and pole pruners: chains, guide bars, sprockets, spark plugs, bar covers and sharpening tools.

What it is for

Used in forestry work, for pruning branches, hedges and trees and for cutting firewood.

How to use it

Choose a chain whose pitch, gauge and length match the machine's guide bar and sprocket. Fit it with the engine off and gloves on, observing the direction of rotation of the cutters, and tension it until it sits snugly on the bar but can still be pulled round by hand. Check chain sharpness, tension and lubrication frequently; replace the spark plug with the type specified by the manufacturer.
