Epoxy mortar is a two-component mortar, resin and hardener with aggregates, which sets by chemical reaction rather than by hydration; it is used for anchoring, repairs, grouting and high-performance bonding.

What it is for

Used for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor, for strengthening masonry and concrete structures and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Prepare a clean substrate, free of dust, oil and friable parts, in the moisture conditions indicated. Mix the components completely and in the stated ratio, with a low-speed mixer. Apply within the working time, at a temperature within the limits, wearing gloves and goggles.
