What it is

A 4-inch multistage pump is a submersible electric borehole pump that lifts clean water from great depths for domestic, irrigation or municipal use.
What it is for
Used in irrigation systems, from the water supply point to the emitter and for pumping water out of excavations, tanks and sumps.
How to use it
Check the borehole diameter, the water level and that there is no sand, as the pump is designed for clean water. Lower the pump on a safety rope together with the delivery pipe, joining the cable with a watertight splice, and position it below the minimum water level but clear of the bottom. The connection to the control panel, with dry-running protection, must be made by an electrician.
