What it is

ABSORBICA-Y FALL ARREST KIT (code K095AC00) is a Petzl fall arrest kit. It is intended for professional use in work at height, rope access and rescue, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

The fall protection kit is a set of devices that protect against falls from height, for example a lanyard with energy absorber and connectors, packaged together for a specific use.

Used for work at height, where access and restraint must be ensured for the whole job and for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system.

How to use it

Check that all the elements of the kit are present, undamaged and suited to the work to be done. Connect them to each other and to the anchor point following the instructions, with connectors closed and locked. Before each use, inspect every component and the clear space below the work area; any item that has arrested a fall must be withdrawn from service.
