Containment boom for dredging and excavations in water in 10 m modules Carvel

What it is

Barrier to be deployed in the water around excavation or dredging works, to contain the sludge and pollutants stirred up from the bed, including those that do not float. It thus reduces turbidity in the area around the site. Supplied in standard 10 m modules, and the submerged part can be made in heights from 1.5 m up to 15 m. The PVC is resistant to UV rays, weathering and the marine environment.

Industrial absorbents are pads, rolls, pillows, booms and kits that soak up spills of oil, chemicals or water and stop them spreading.

What it is for

Used in earthmoving work, in excavation work and for construction site safety.

How to use it

Choose the absorbent for the liquid (oil-only, chemical or universal) and keep a spill kit ready near high-risk points. In the event of a spill, put on PPE, surround the spill with booms, cover the drain and lay pads and pillows from the outside towards the centre. Collect used absorbents in closed containers and dispose of them as waste according to the substance absorbed.
