A letter plate is a plate with a slot, sometimes with a hinged flap, for posting mail through a door or into a letterbox.

How to use it

Measure the slot and fix the plate with screws, aligned and level. The flap must move freely and close again by itself. Clean it with a cloth and, if necessary, replace the spring.
