Eye bolt and scaffold extension ABGC Bossong

What it is

The ABGC hex eyebolt by Bossong is a mechanical anchor in galvanised steel designed for scaffolding applications, fitted with a 50 mm eye and an internal thread for secure connections. Supplied complete with an FBR mechanical anchor, it ensures a stable, strong fixing in temporary structures. Ideal for building, industrial work and construction sites, it suits different needs thanks to the various lengths available (see the size table for technical details). The galvanising protects against corrosion in exposed environments.

Fixed scaffolding accessories are couplers, eye-bolt wall ties, coupler covers and bucket holders that complete tube-and-fitting and frame scaffolds.

What it is for

Used for setting up the construction site, for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls and for work at height, where access and restraint must be ensured for the whole job.

How to use it

They are fitted by trained personnel in accordance with the PiMUS (scaffold assembly, use and dismantling plan) and the approved scaffold layout. Fix wall ties to the façade with anchors suited to the substrate and connect them to the scaffold at the spacing specified in the design; tighten couplers with a spanner to the torque stated by the manufacturer. Before each use, check that no coupler is loose and that the ties are intact.
