Hydraulic demolition hammer DI22 Breaker

What it is

Breaker DI22 hand-held hydraulic demolition hammer, the lightest of the three models in the DI22-DI25-DI27 datasheet: 22 kg and 690 mm long, with anti-vibration handles as standard. It works with 20-30 l/min of oil at 100-160 bar, maximum 160 bar, and delivers 92 J blows at 1500-2100 blows per minute. It takes tools with a 25 x 108 mm shank and is supplied with the fittings. It is held by hand and is not mounted on an excavator arm.

A demolition hammer (breaker) is an electric, cordless, pneumatic or hydraulic percussion tool that uses chisels to break concrete, masonry, rock and asphalt.

What it is for

Used for demolishing masonry and concrete structures, for controlled demolition, where clean cuts and low vibration are required and for chiselling concrete, masonry and plaster.

How to use it

Connect the machine to its power source (mains, battery, compressor or hydraulic power pack), checking cables, hoses and couplings. Fit the right chisel and lock it in the tool holder, then work with both hands, letting the weight do the work, and never use the tool as a lever. Wear hearing protection, safety glasses, a dust mask and anti-vibration gloves, and grease the tool holder as instructed in the manual.
