The diamond grinding wheel is an abrasive element with diamond or tungsten carbide segments, fitted to the grinder to grind and smooth concrete, stone and screeds. The choice of type depends on the hardness of the material.

What it is for

Used for sanding surfaces before treatment, for floor laying, from the screed to the finish and for preparing surfaces before treatment.

How to use it

With the machine unplugged, fit the wheel suited to the hardness of the material, centring it. Work with a vacuum cleaner, in parallel, overlapping passes. Check the wear of the segments and replace the wheel when they are worn. Wear ear protection, goggles and a dust mask.
