Surface scaler SCR25K Breaker

What it is

The SCR25K Breaker scaler is a professional pneumatic tool designed for the efficient removal of plaster, coatings, paint and unwanted material from concrete, masonry and metal surfaces. Ideal for refurbishment, light demolition and surface preparation, this tool combines light weight and robustness to deliver consistent performance even in the most demanding applications.

The needle scaler is a tool with a bundle of steel needles that strike the surface in rapid succession, to remove rust, paint and scale; it is available in pneumatic or electric versions. The needles are also available as spare parts in kits.

What it is for

Used for light demolition, chasing and localised removal, for preparing surfaces before treatment and for removing rust and oxides.

How to use it

Rest the scaler on the surface and move it slowly, without pressing too hard, letting the needles do the work. Check the needles and replace any that are bent or worn. Wear a visor or goggles, ear protection, a dust mask and gloves.
