What it is
The Breaker 150 mm medium milling head is a specialised accessory designed for medium scarifying operations on concrete surfaces, ideal for preparing industrial floors, removing damaged surface layers or treating surfaces before subsequent applications. Built to fit compatible machines, this milling head delivers precision and optimum yield in professional settings, reducing time and operator fatigue.
The rotor (or milling head) is the drum with the cutters fitted that is installed on the machine and removes the surface layer of the floor. Choose a more or less aggressive one depending on whether the scarifying is light, medium or heavy.
What it is for
Used for light demolition, chasing and localised removal and for preparing surfaces before treatment.
How to use it
Fit it on the spindle of the machine, disconnected and stopped, tightening it as indicated by the manufacturer. Choose the rotor suited to the layer to be removed and set the working depth. Work with dust extraction and check the wear of the cutters often: a worn rotor cuts poorly, vibrates and overloads the motor.
