Cut-off saw TA400 Breaker

What it is

The Breaker TA400 cut-off saw is a hydraulic disc cutter designed for heavy-duty cutting on site, where precision and depth are essential. With a cutting capacity of up to 300 mm, this model stands out for its sturdiness and reliability, ideal for work on concrete, asphalt and stone materials. Its advanced transmission mechanism and optimised structure ensure a long service life, keeping maintenance costs to a minimum thanks to limited component wear.

Asphalt and concrete cutting machines include floor saws, chain and track-mounted wall saws, cut-off saws and block saws with diamond blades and chains.

How to use it

Mark out the cutting line and make sure there are no embedded or buried services. Fit the diamond blade or chain suited to the material, checking the direction of rotation and tightening, and connect the water supply to cool the blade and suppress dust. Feed forward without forcing, letting the diamond do the work, and wear hearing protection, safety glasses and a dust mask. After use, clean the machine and the water circuit.
