Pipe-retaining collars

What it is

Pipe-retaining collars. Key specifications: material vitreous enamelled sheet metal, use 10 to 15 cm diameter pipes, equipment supplied S6 screws and wall plugs.

These are flue pipes and fittings in steel, galvanised sheet, cast iron or brass, for connecting the stove or fireplace to the flue: straight pipes, elbows and bends, connectors, reducers, collars and condensate drains.

Used for installing stoves and flues and for heating homes and small premises.

How to use it

Assemble them starting from the appliance and fitting the sections together in the direction indicated by the manufacturer, sealing the joints. Limit the number of bends and keep the required distance from combustible materials. The materials must be suitable for the fuel and the temperature. Installation and inspection must be carried out by a qualified installer, and the flue must be cleaned regularly.
