What it is

The aluminium screed rail is a straight hollow-section aluminium profile, used as a level guide for screeds and plasters or as a straightedge for levelling.
What it is for
Used for levelling surfaces and structures and for setting out, in masonry work, from laying blocks to filling chases and for marking out lines, dimensions and reference points before work begins.
How to use it
Lay two screed rails parallel at the finished level and check the level. Use them as guides along which the screeding bar slides. Remove them before finishing, filling the gaps. After use, clean the mortar off them.
