A submersible drainage pump is a pump that is immersed to empty flooded excavations, basements, sumps and tanks, handling clear, cloudy or waste water depending on the model.
What it is for
Used for water drainage and for pumping water out of excavations, tanks and sumps.
How to use it
Lower it to the lowest point hanging from its handle on a rope or chain, never by the cable, and stand it on a firm base or a raised support so it does not draw in mud. Connect the delivery hose laid out without kinks and set the float or level sensor for automatic start. Never run it dry, and clean the suction strainer after use.
