What it is
The DeWalt DT1669-QZ blade from the Extreme range is designed for mitre saws and carries a disc 184 mm in diameter with a 16 mm bore and 24 clockwise-oriented teeth. The kerf of 1.65 mm ensures a clean groove, while the tooth pattern is calibrated for cutting roof tiles. Supplied as one piece.

How to use it
Choose a blade with a diameter, bore and kerf compatible with the machine and teeth suited to the material: fewer teeth for fast cuts, more for fine cuts. With the machine unplugged, fit it with the rotation arrow matching that of the saw and tighten the flange. Cut with the guard working, letting the blade reach full speed before entering the workpiece, and wear safety glasses and hearing protection.
