What it is

The DeWalt DT6681-XJ hammer drill bit has a diameter of 7 mm and a working length of 100 mm, with a 3-flat connection shank. With an overall length of 23.5 cm and a weight of 0.031 kg, it is designed for deep drilling of concrete using hammer action; it is supplied in a blister pack.

How to use it

Start the hole at low speed, then engage hammer action, holding the bit square to the surface and without forcing, withdrawing it frequently to clear the dust. Clean the dust out of the hole before inserting the plug.
