What it is

The DeWalt DT8925-QZ drill bit from the XLR Full Head range connects to tools via an SDS-Plus shank and is designed for drilling concrete with professional rotary hammers. The diameter of 8 mm and the working length of 200 mm make it possible to drill deep holes accurately. The carbide tip with 4 cutters ensures steady progress, while the reduced-vibration feature ensures better control of the tool.

How to use it

Choose the machine's shank type (straight, SDS-Plus or SDS-Max) and the diameter required by the wall plug. Start the hole at low speed, then engage hammer action, holding the bit square to the surface and without forcing, withdrawing it frequently to clear the dust. Clean the dust out of the hole before inserting the plug.
