What it is

The DeWalt DWHT0-83195 bar clamp is the model in the large range with the longest reach, with a bar length of 900 mm and a clamping force of up to 135 Kg. The particularly long bar makes it possible to clamp large workpieces or to clamp several items side by side, maintaining a firm grip throughout the job.

A bar clamp is a clamp with a long bar and a sliding jaw that holds parts together during gluing, assembly or drilling.

What it is for

Used for clamping workpieces and for woodworking in the joinery shop.

How to use it

Slide the movable jaw up to the workpiece and tighten with the trigger or screw, without overtightening. Place wooden packers on delicate surfaces and use several clamps to spread the pressure evenly. To open, press the release button or unscrew, and keep the bar free of glue and dust.
