What it is

The Glove Eco MDS safety shoe from Diadora Utility is a work shoe certified to EN ISO 20345:2011 in protection class S1P SRC HRO. It uses low-impact materials: a mesh fabric and suede calf upper, ECO recycled PU midsole with Mass Damper System, ECO HRO nitrile rubber outsole, 200J aluminium toe cap and textile ECO K-SOLE anti-perforation insert, with COMFORT 11 fit.

A safety shoe is low-cut safety footwear with a protective toecap and, depending on its class, a penetration-resistant, slip-resistant, water-repellent or ESD sole.

What it is for

Used to protect feet on site and on the shop floor against crushing, penetration and slipping.

How to use it

Choose the protection class according to the risks (for example S1P or S3 for construction sites and workshops, ESD where electronic components are handled, slip-resistant sole for kitchens and wet floors). Try on the size with your work socks and lace up firmly so the foot does not slide against the toecap. Clean, dry away from heat sources and replace when the toecap or sole is damaged.
