What it is
The DP-637H from Dino Power is a high-pressure airless paint spraying hose, to be fitted between pump and gun. It has an internal diameter of 6.3 mm (1/4") and an external diameter of 12.3 mm, an inner layer of high-density resin, a single-layer 0.25 mm steel wire reinforcement in the middle of the wall and a transparent outer sheath. It is rated for 200 bar working pressure and 600 bar burst pressure.
The high-pressure fluid hose connects the pump to the gun and carries the paint; for electrostatic painting it is also available in a conductive version.
What it is for
Used for tool maintenance, keeping tools sharp and efficient, for painting interiors and exteriors and for coating wood, metal and masonry surfaces.
How to use it
Choose a hose with a maximum pressure and diameter suited to the pump. Screw it onto the fittings without twisting it, avoiding tight bends and crushing. Release the pressure from the system before disconnecting it. Replace it if the sheath is cracked, swollen or damaged.
