What it is
Rotary burrs for aluminium Fervi G12AL6. Key specifications: D1 (mm) Ø 12, L1 (mm) 25, D2 (mm) 6.
The rotary burr is a shank tool, in carbide or diamond-coated, which, fitted to a die grinder, removes material from, deburrs and shapes metals and other hard materials.
What it is for
Used for milling faces, shoulders and slots on machine tools, in metalworking and for deburring metal after cutting and drilling.
How to use it
Insert the shank fully into the straight grinder collet and tighten it securely. Work with light pressure, keeping the burr moving continuously and without exceeding the stated maximum speed. Single-cut burrs remove a lot of material on steel and cast iron, while diamond-cut burrs produce smaller chips and give greater control. Always wear safety glasses or a face shield and gloves.
