What it is
The Fervi SPKN1203R25 milling inserts are cutting inserts for milling on machine tools. They are characterised by a length of 12 mm, a thickness of 1.40 mm and an angle of 11°, a geometry designed for a strong cutting edge and regular cutting. The product is certified Italian-made and complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC with CE marking.

What it is for
Used for milling faces, shoulders and slots on machine tools, in workshop machining of steel, aluminium and alloy parts and in metalworking.
How to use it
Choose the shape and size suited to the insert holder and the operation. Clean the seat, fit the insert and clamp it with the screw or clamp without over-tightening. When a cutting edge is worn, index the insert to use a fresh corner; at the end of its life, replace it.
