What it is
The Fervi 0205 90° welding vice for sections is compact equipment for assembling and welding sections at right angles. With a capacity of 70 mm + 70 mm and a useful height of 35 mm, it holds two elements in an orthogonal position during tack welding and welding, ensuring precise angles. Its compact, lightweight structure makes it practical to position on the bench.

What it is for
Used for clamping workpieces, in steel fabrication, from cutting to assembly and in welding and the work that goes with it.
How to use it
Secure the vice to the bench or machine table with suitable bolts. Clamp the workpiece in the centre of the jaws, using soft jaws on delicate surfaces, and never extend the handle with a pipe. Position clamps and cramps so that the pressure bears on the workpiece and not on its edge. Clean and lubricate the screw regularly.
