What it is
The Fervi 0197 universal bender is a versatile manual machine for shaping sections in various materials. It can bend 16 mm round bar in steel and copper, 12 mm in wrought iron and 18 mm in aluminium, flat bar up to 30 x 8 mm, and square bar of 13 x 13 mm in steel and copper, 10 x 10 mm in wrought iron and 15 x 15 mm in aluminium. Compact, it weighs 22 kg net (24.66 kg gross) and is supplied in packaging of 510x330x240 h mm.

How to use it
Secure the machine to the bench or floor, check that the thickness and width of the sheet are within the stated capacity and adjust the rolls, blade or stops. Feed in the workpiece keeping your hands away from rolls and blades, and roll it in gradual passes. Wear cut-resistant gloves and safety glasses, and keep slideways and rolls clean and lubricated.
